[Help] Possible to dynamically alter spell mag?

Hey guys.

I'm making a config power and MCM menu for my mod and I was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to dynamically alter spell mags via scipts, so users can decide how harsh or forgiving my mods penalties should be?

E.g. Originally, my detrimental effects speed mult by 25 mag but the user feels this is too harsh and wants to change it to 10 mag.

I've tried looking over SKSE and Vanilla funcitions but nothing sprung to mind about this particular issue.

If I remember correctly, a setMagnitude() function will be included with the next SKSE update.
