PS3: Reset Hearthfire?

I'm not happy with the wings on the houses and would like to start over. Would deleting the DLC, making a save, then reinstalling it do the tick?

Just buy another plot of land OR reload a save

Uninstalling the DLC won't work. You have to reload a save before you started working on the wings.
