Increasing strength of magic for everyone?

Hello, magic is weak. Well that's my opinion. Is there a setting I don't know about to make magic more deadly in the hands of everyone? I've used SkyTweak to put DestructionPowerMod to 100, but it seems that it's only my magic that is stronger. I've been hit with plenty of spells of all types with no magicka resistance and only 150 health ( modded gauldur amulet ), and seem to take it too well.

All skillMod and skillPowerMod actor values only affect the player.

What difficulty are you playing on? High level mages are some of the most lethal enemies in the game.

I think the last time any of my major characters got killed by a Melee enemy not including the Ebony Warrior or some high level Falmer-Chaurus was about 30 hours into my first playthrough. Mage enemies are really the only hard enemies in this game, especially those blasted Arch Warlocks.

I think he is playing on Novice.
I have 250 health on my current character and I can die in almost instantly from enemy magic. (Legendary difficulty)

Yes, I'm playing on Adept. If I increase difficulty, then magic AND weapons deal more damage to me. Just looking for something to increase only magic damage for everyone.

I wish that I knew how to script weakness to magicka onto everyone, as that's what Kuertee did for Oblivion as part of his Attribute-Based and Skill-Based Damage Modifiers.
