So let's say Beth put out decks of cards with characters from Skyrim on them much like was done with New Vegas. Tell who should be on each card, or you could even use objects like the crown of Barenziah on a queen of diamonds. Pretty obvious that Sheogorath be on the joker.

I think it would work better with Oblivion characters to be honest.

another name for a "Jack" playing Card is a "Knave", which was a title used for Male Servants of Royalty (this could be anything from an Adviser to the King, to the predecessor to a Butler)..
