I want to reinstall a F:NV from scratch with a few selected mods: Darnified UI (or MTUI), MMUE, Project Nevada (Core only), MCM, Willow Better Companion, Quick Trade, Rafadr, oHUD, uHUD. This time I want to try the FOMM as my mod manager instead of NMM.

But some of aforementioned mods (specifically DarnUI) are not fomod-ready and have to be installed manually. Some other mods trying to change the same files im Menu/ and Textures/ folders which was already changed by previous mods.

So, my question: are there any suggestions about mods INSTALLATION order? Something like "Firstly install all manual mods, then bug-fixes like MMUE, then rebalance (PN), and oHUD+uHUD at very last"?

P.S. And I'll be grateful for advices about LOAD order of these mods too.
