And why can't I find it?

So I made all my new awesome textures for my follower but when I go to put in the body texture it asks for an egt file which I have no idea what the hell it i in the first place and well I just have no idea what to look for or what to do... hmph why couldn't this be easier.

If you're talking about the Body Texture box on the Body Data tab of a Race record, ignore it. It's not used. That's not where you define your texture anyway.
