Galmar Stonefist won't give me the next step of the quest. I ambushed the caravan, talked to Raloff, and the quest completed. The next quest arrow points at Galmar's head. When I approach him, he says good job and gives me 600 gold. Then nothing! No dialogue option to advance the quest and the arrow is still above his head. Have tried all the workarounds on the wikis as well as tried installing unofficial skyrim patch from nexus. Any ideas?
