Unused NPC voices?

I haven't really got started with the creation kit yet but I have a question I would appreciate some help with. I was watching part of a video about creating followers on youtube and the guy made an orc follower and it seemed to come complete with voice acting for the available responses. I know there are several potential male orc followers in the vanilla game but he didn't mention anything about using them, implying there is follower dialogue saved in the game files somewhere?

So my question is, are there complete sets of dialogue for unused follower types? For example; if I created a female Khajiit companion (unavailable in regular game) would she be able to speak and respond to 'wait here' type commands? Be wonderful if true, but I expect someone's going to give me some bad news on this one.

I think you have to extract the BSA's for this, but poke around in the Sound Files in the Data Files directory and look for Voices. Check the existing directories before you go the extraction route. In the past, there have been a number of dialog snippets that don't make it in the game. You might find something in there.

At the very least, you might be able to adapt an existing dialog to the various companion commands.
