Is there a way to regain this info?

I tried contact us and they wanted an email and they said my email address had an account already and to do a support ticket but i cant login in cause i forget my user name.

Dont they have a "Forgot User Name" link that you supply your email address and they email your username to you? That's pretty universal as far as features goes.

Also, if you have Firefox, your username should be stored in your password list. Might be the same for Chrome or IE.

i found password recovery but no username recovery...my password is fixed but cant remember my user name.

Do you have a password list in your browser?

If not, open a ticket with them, they are pretty quick to respond.

i just created a new account but thanks for trying to help me out.

Before you do anything else at the Nexus you should contact a moderator there letting them know the situation, otherwise you may end up getting banned for having multiple accounts (I think they go by IP address).
