Hi guys I hope you can help me as this is driving me nuts.

I have a Cleveo P150SM laptop with an i7 4800MQ, 16GB ram, Radeon 8970m 4GB video card/Intel HD4600 on Windows 8.

When I use the Radeon the entire game flickers. From the start screen onwards. It looks like it may be the lighting effects flickering but its like playing the game with a strobe light. When I use the HD4600 the flickering stops but the frame rate is terrible as its obviously not really a gaming card.

I have made sure direct X is up to date, tried 2 different catalyst drivers and get the same thing. This also happens in New Vegas but doesn't happen in any other games including Skyrim . I do have other games that require GFWL and it doesn't do it in that either.

I have tried setting the resolution and graphic levels as low as they go and get the same thing. I have tried this on an external monitor on the laptop as well as the laptop LCD screen and it still makes no difference.

Does anyone have any ideas? I bought the games again on PC because I never got the DLC for 360 and I want to replay the games with the DLC!
