I started play Operation Anchorage and noticed my player character was moving really really slow. And I knew that in OA I can't be encumbered or have any diseases. So I loaded a previous save and found my character moved a lot more quickly in combat armor and such. But now 10 hours of gameplay later he moves in like a permanent slow mo run mode. Any ideas?
