still i havent understood where the cap is i've heard that the cap is around 600 but i have plenty of armors of 1000.

any one knows?

The Armour cap is 567. You can get 1,000,000 AR but it will protect you the same as 567 AR.
Weapons don't have a cap.

really quite interesting now i know why i lost health while i was wearing my armor with 323856293 AR.

The armor cap if wearing 4 pieces of armor is 567. Any higher is pointless.

There's no weapon cap, though there should be.
