Sorry for my english i'm french.
I'm new in modding, and I'm learning to retexture armors. But I have a little problem.

For 3 whole days, i'm trying to add glowing stuff (like the eyes of enclave armor helmet) on a helmet but I can't do it !

I searched all over the internet and nothing works. I even tried using nifskope but it doesn't changed a thing.

Can someone please help me and teach how do I add glowing dots and things like this on an armor ?
