Skyrim Tech Support please

Where can I find Skyrim Tech Support? Im having an issue with what seems to be a glitch with my alchemy crafting armour. Ive created a 4 piece set of Alchemy gear that all increase Alchemy by %29 A circlet, leather bracers, silver ring and a silver necklace. When I wear these and look in my active magic effects list it shows all 4 are called silver jewelled necklace. Im on a 360 and have reloaded the game and tried crafting the set out of different pieces and even tried doing it different cities. Im trying this because Ive seen videos that show ( once enchanting smithing and alchemy are 100 of course with the right skills chosen) you can create a potion that does %137 better smithing but I can only get it to do %130 and I have all the right perks chosen. When I had a 4 piece set of Alchemy gear at +%28 all items were named differently in the magic effect list so why is each piece at %29 now showing up with the same title in my list. Im a bit frustrated to say the least, it would be nice to know how I can fix this problem or get in touch with Skyrim tech support if possible... Please help asap. All advice will be considered.

1. Wrong forum.

2. If it lists all 4, why does it matter what they are called?

3. Tech support wont be able to do anything.

It has now been moved to the correct forum.

This is not something "Tech support" would help with. This is merely an issue with the gameplay, not hardware or software.
Also, Bethesda does not offer personal support for Skyrim.

Your best bet is right here with the community.

It's now in the Skyrim Tips & Hints forum.
It is this thread you're reading now. It was moved, not duplicated :)
