I'm doing a quest and i have to retrieve some armor and a sword. Martin is following me around. Well i enter the room with the said items, kill everything and quicksave. Then i check and there is only the armor there. I look around and Martic is carrying the sword. How do i get it back? I tried pickpocketing but the sword is not the inventory. That quicksave is my only save :/

That's why you save often!

Try attacking Martin, whack him until he's unconscious, then rapidly press 'a' to loot him before he wakes up. Hope that helps.

I hope we could somehow make that it happends more often, even hopefully NPC make you drunk and stealing your stuff and things like that... hmm i wonder (openening nexus page for a 5th time today)
