So I have entered Zion Canyon and am level 36. All of the tribals only have around 80 health. One shot with my holorifle sends them to negative 600 damage. Its like the game isn't recognizing my level. Did I screw up my game with mods? I fear maybe Project Nevada and something else are interfering maybe I dunno.

Edit: I ran across a giant Yao Gui that had 435 health so maybe I'm mistaken. This is my second playthrough and my first playthrough I didn't have Living Anatomy.

The game sounds normal to me.

The holorifle can drop most critters with one shot.
