Can any one tell me if there is a Urban city mod for skyrim !! like all the old towns become modern cities with skyscraqers ... I WOULD LOVE THIS MOD, Someone needs to do this!! - even better if the entire map was one huge city!

The first thing that came to mind was http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/30264/? for Oblivion. That was interesting, if a bit empty, but I haven't seen anything like that for Skyrim.
