Hello.

Here is what happened. I was investigating the black market in Khuul and I was supposed to get Dwarven artifacts from the Redoran guard, however, when I traveled back to Khuul the guard was dead in the water, drowned. How can I resurrect him? Also, I looted all his gear, should I give that back to him before resurrecting him so he has it all and isn't running around naked? Thanks in advance.

Select his body with console up and type in "resurrect". He'll come back to life with all of his gear.
