I'm not following the main quest yet but managed to get to the GNR building only to find I need a key to get in. Can someone tell me where it is, please? Much appreciated.

There’s a talk box on the wall to the right of the door that gives you access. My first time there I left without finding the way in. Only after repeated trips back did I finally figure it out.
