After two years of intermittent crashing, mod cleaning, TESV Edit purging, and load order shuffling I finally found something that worked for me.

Its a simple Change to a value in the Skyrim INI.

My main problem was exterior crashing that seemed to happen within 15 mins to an hour. Another interesting anomaly is that the vanilla scripts appear to be running without a hitch. Going three weeks now without a single crash. Some other people have PM'd me stating that this has helped them as well.

If this helps one person other than myself it was worth it.
