Hey all, is there a mod that creates the option to have weapons and armor improved by paying to have it done by a blacksmith? If not, I think it would be a great mod for roleplayers and people who want to play a specific type of character. Any thoughts?

IIRC the upgrading is not something we can control with the CK, otherwise a mod of such would have been made long long long ago.
