First time playing Skyrim

Hi guys, I wonder what should I add for my first playthrough. I mean, I don't know still the vanilla flavour and so I'm wondering if there is something in particular that I should add but stays as much as possible close to the game.
For my first playthrough I was thinking about adding just

SkyUi
bettermessageboxcontrol
brawl bug fix
Unofficial patches
better dialogue controls

and stop.
Should I add something else ? There are some mod by Arthmoor that really striked me like really good (open cities, when vampires attack, paarthunax dilemma, run for your lives) , but I'm undecided.

Also I was advised to add Skyre, deadly dragons and dragon combat overhaul, but I feel like that they could ruin some of the vanilla's flavour. So help me.

What would your tips be for a first time player? Should I go just for the first 5 mods I listed? Would you advise me to install every mod I listed there? Thanks for help :D

I wouldn't install anymore mods than what you have listed above.

In comparison, I played Skyrim for 50 hours in it's pure vanilla state [not even Unofficial Patches] until I installed my first mod.

This accomplishes 2 things:

1. You get to experience Skyrim in an unadvlterated state, as the game designed by Bethesda [still a very good game].

2. By playing the Vanilla game, you will understand what you like/dislike regarding the vanilla game, and will gain the insight to seek and gather the type of mods you want to enhance your game.
