This has likely been asked before but..........I had to reinstall Skyrim and now that I have mods loaded up to the point that I want to make some changes with the CK I find that Steam thinks I already have it and does not appear to have an option to tell it I need to reload it. Thanks!

library -> tools -> ck -> right-click: properties -> local data -> verify integrity of tool cache
