Does anyone know of a mod that does essentially what this one promises:
Auto Health Magicka and Stamina on the Skyrim Nexus (for some reason I am unable to post links, so this is the best I can do...)

It is supposed to let the user set custom values for how much health, magicka or stamina each skill gives you per point.
I find this a better way of receiving attributes than vanilla, but for some reason, the mod does not seem to work and sadly the author seems inactive.

Does anyone have a working, customizable alternative?
