Need help with modded MW errors!

Hi everyone, so I am doing an LP for Morrowind that showcases a metric ton of mods but I am having errors.

When I load the game I get 4 errors for each of the SC_Balmora cells (1,2,3 and 4) regarding Nine-Toes and then a fifth error "Unable to fined referenced object 'nine_toes' in script cw_mtt_loot_npc"

Then when I go in-game and walk around Balmora I get an error popping up every time an npc tries to use a voice greeting. Then immediately afterward I get this error: "==>CompileAndRun problem was found in Voice "Hello" "[null]"

These don't crash the game BUT since I am recording this LP, having to cut these out is getting rather tedious. If anyone has any insight on what is causing this and what I can do to fix it I would be very grateful. Please consult my enormous mod list below and Warnings list. I do run the Vgreetings mod as well as several smaller Balmora mods (Vality's, Balmora Apartment, etc) and MCA and Children mods. Even when taking VGreetings off this still happens though. I am not a modder or CS guru so when I look at the info below I really just see a wall of text, lol. If anyone can trouble-shoot this for me I will do a special video tribute just for them on my LP channel (in my sig)!!!

All I can glean is this: since the failed scripts don't seem to be referencing one particular mod and affect all vanilla and non-vanilla npcs only in Balmora, it has to be something that is to do with a combination of mods. I just don't know what the error means. Does it mean it is looking for the soundfile and can't find it? I checked Nine-Toes' house and he is there and works fine, but it is just when any NPC in Balmora tries to say "Hi there" of "Spit it out" or any voiced greeting, I get that error. It all has to do with Nine-Toes however...that scaley bastard, so there must be a mod affecting him somehow.

EDIT: I started scouring this link - http://lovkullen.net/Emma/Comprehensive_Dialogue.htm - which had the term 'compileandrun' show up when i googled it, but I could not find the entry regarding that error...ugh...

I recommend getting these tools: mlox (in my sig), http://wryemusings.com/Wrye%20Mash.html, and http://www.inforapid.de/html/searchreplace.htm.

mlox will advise you on problems in your list of active plugins, and you do have a few.
Wrye Mash can do all sorts of nice things to manage plugins, including clearing the warnings about "One of the files that ... is dependent on has changed since the last save".
and InfoRapid can search your plugins and let you know which ones affect nine-toes.

If I have time later, I'll post more.

Thank you so much mate, I use WryeMash and clean my files pretty rigorously, but I had no clue about the other two, tryin' em now!

EDIT: MLOX is excellent, thank you for that, but inforapid is very confusing since it isn't a MW specific program. I will fiddle with it but it is a bit daunting hehe.

EDIT2: NM I get it, just gotta search the esps one by one

Well I never found the scripts that were called badly or whathaveyou but after cleaning and merging and reordering and recleaning it seems to have stopped, although now no-one in Balmora speaks at all, ha! Oh well, guess it's stuck like that but thank god the errors are gone!

CompileandRun errors mean that there is a function in a dialogue results box that is either entered incorrect (ie a typo) or isn't supported by your game (ie a Bloodmoon function and you don't have Bloodmoon.) So the first thing to check is that you have all of the proper requirements for your mod. And looking at the error list, it looks like MCA might be your culprit.

If you start a new game, and zip over to Balmora, do people talk? If so, then the savegame might need a little cleaning or surgery.

Back in game and the error is back oddly enough, and remains with a new character. Ugh...

Removing MCA was a no-go too. And now I have this new error about MT_Main or something. It is really strange that it is JUST people in Balmora who won't speak to me...from the Vanilla NPCs to the kids to the MCA people...indoors or out. It is like a script was altered that affected every Balmora cell and NPC somehow, sounds like it'd be impossible to fix without a full wipe and at this stage that's not something I'd be will to do. Oh well, I guess I will deal for now unless anyone has any other insights.

Did you clean your save with Wrye Mash after removing MCA? If not, elements of it still remain.

P.S. In inforapid, if you haven't figured it out already, you can search multiple files at once by filing out the "In Files" box at the bottom with "*.esm | *.esp".

I am working my way through this conflict report now but if anything stands out to you guys please let me know! Frankly, with all these conflicts I'm surprised it runs at all!

EDIT: Ok I took care of 99% of the conflicts, cleaned my saves and all that. The only conflict that remains is Ald-Vendras and its eroneous scripts but unfortunately I have no idea how to find and/or delete scripts in the CS without seriously destroying everything, lol. I will look at the scripting for dummies guide and see if it can tell me anything. The error is still present however with the Balmora people so it is making me think that perhaps something was removed from the MW game itself and can't be put back in without a full reinstall, is that something you guys might have heard of happening?

EDIT2: Tried removing LGNPC mods to no avail since Fliggerty you said it would be based on a dialogue topic not showing up (even though it activate when the NPC tries to use a voice greeting?) and the error was still there. Same with removing Ald Vendras and Aedronicon which were the other problem mods that MLOX identified. Still no luck...

Okay guys, after much research and fumbling I have finally managed to kill the game outright LOL. So it is time for a fresh install. Shouldn't be that painful, and this time I am going to install two copies so I have a clean one I can always revert to. The show must go on and I will not be thwarted so easily, muahaha!

Thanks for all the help thus far and these tools I have will be very useful in the future. In the mean time if you'd like to check out the previous sets they're in my sig!

Full reinstall has occurred WITHOUT Vgreetings or LGNPC and the problem is gone...although now I have a strange visual bug where the screen becomes red-filtered (not the permanent damage-take bug) and the text gets all messed up and particle effect turn into large squares when I loot inside dungeons. If I move around it goes away but I will post a separate thread about that once I have some video of it. Not nearly as annoying but would be nice to clear up...
