I'm no expert, but perhaps you should upgrade your RAM. Might help you out in the long run.

With that rig you can max everything (Ultra). I've got less RAM than you, but a slightly better GPU (650), and can max everything out with no lag and super fast loading screens, even with one of the most demanding ENBs out there. You're good to go!

PS: ignore the warning when first launching the game through the Skyrim Launcher (when it will automatically detect what video settings you should use, and set it to Ultra.)

I don't really think that you would have any problem running Skyrim with that PC.

I have the following (which is similar) and my game runs flawlessly (performance wise) on high to ultra settings:

OS: Windows 7 Professional (64 bit)

Processor: Intel core 2 Duo CPU E8400 @3.00 GHz

Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 (2 GB VRAM)

Memory (RAM): 4.00 GB

In the long run perhaps, but Skyrim can't use more RAM.
