Textures optimizer: which one to go for? : V

I was looking for some optimizer for my graphic card and my hd dlc and I stumbled upon two different mods:

1) http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9080/?

2) http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/43921/? + http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/42360/?

something tells me I should go for the second, but maybe you could help me on choosing

I use the first one for my 1GB card and im very happy with it no more stuttering while maintaining a good quality didnt used any other though i read it a while back second one had some texture problem dont know if thats been resolved.
