I remember a while back that I found a very good and simple tutorial about how to create distant land and generate the LOD objects for new worldspaces. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Also, I have added one building to the Tamriel worldspace, which I want to appear in the distant land. How do I do this without creating massive incompatibility and so on?

Regarding your second point; generate tamriel LOD for the entire worldspace, but only distribute the LOD for the cell which your new house is in.
