Trying to find a new house mod, and after having looked around for a few hours I still haven't managed to find something I really really want, so I'm gonna try asking here!

What I'm looking for, is a Medium sized place.. something that's not larger than the Solitude house at least (okay, a tiny bit larger is fine, but I don't like massive houses/castles. ) I would prefer if it's in a snowy area, or a forest (Not the Reach, Whiterun or swampy areas), also not far from Windhelm if that's also possible. Not a ton of mannequins, weapon racks and the like, but a few is fine of course. As for architecture style, I really like the Windhelm, Solitude, Riften and Whiterun style houses.. so anything that uses that theme is good. No need for a ton of follower beds either, one master and 1-2 follower beds is fine. I'd also like for it to be lore friendly.

To help a bit, I can give some examples of houses I like (Mod ones and vanilla):

-The Solitude house (Good house, but it dosen't make sense for a Stormcloak to live there.. not sure I even can)

-The Windhelm house (I'd live there actually, if the first floor wasn't so open and "empty")

-The Markarth house (Nice, but too far away from...places, and I don't like the Reach )

-Riverside Lodge (Mod. Very good overall, but not a huge fan of the location and the fancy outdoor dining place is a bit too much)

-Ryak's End (Mod. Good, nice atmosphere but too small)

-Legend of the Eagle's nest (Mod. Good, but I feel like there's too few chests, and some places are too dark)

As you can see I'm quite picky, but hopefully there's something out there for me. xD Thanks in advance!
