I went talon- they have a military base which is VERY well defended- they pretty much destroy the BoS in Broken Steel (if you don't help the attack) and are doing pretty well in DC against super mutants.

Must say the COG theory was interesting.

I hated to be boring, but I just voted BoS. It might not be a faction, but Desmond Lockheart is one of my favorite characters in the game. Being his side kick was good enough for me. Maybe cantibury commons as well, always been one of my favorite towns in the game, always underdeveloped IMO.

Megaton settlers. Simply because I like the place and the people are nice.

The legitimacy of the Enclave is entirely in question.

First, a CoG plan is short term, to reestablish the government's control of the country. The Enclave did not do that.

Second, a CoG plan is to allow the government to continue it's operations (ie. care for and defend the citizens that elected it), not cut the country loose and abandon it to fend for itself.

Third, if the Enclave is a contingency, why isn't it flying the Star Spangled Banner or using the Great Seal of the United States? It's using its own, unique insignia.

You are stating that it has not been disproven that the Enclave is illegitimate, without actually proving that it is in the first place.

Yo forgot several factions, some important, like Bigtown or little lamplight and many minor ones, like Agatha , Andale, Arefu or Vance's family. And precisely, If I had to choose a faction My favorite would be the Girdershade faction. It has only 2 characters in game but it is a nice quiet place to retire after saving the world so many times

I gave a 2nd vote to Oasis members. We are going for the first place slowly but we'll get there eventually. And by the time we get there, Harold will be all over.

Well, after voting it's pretty obvious that I'm the only one that voted Vault 101. Which I can easily understand, they are pretty screwed up, but it still has a special place in my character's heart, being the place they grew up, and where all their childhood friends are. It is pretty difficult to forgive Amata, for not allowing my character to come back, when they have done absolutely nothing wrong. Guess I'll just have to blame that on bad writing, though.

I wouldn't mind this plan if it didn't kill off one of my favorite characters. /sadvaultboy.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':sadvaultboy:' />

Errm who? I'm not going to kill Harold, just make him grow and develop the wasteland into a lush garden

Even though I didn't vote ghouls in this poll, I definitely agree. There is a significant lack of ghouls in FONV
