Just what it says, it says I have a deleted navmesh, and the details viewer also shows one, but I can't find a form ID or any indication as to where it is so I can see how this happened. So how do I find where it was?

navmeshes are under "temporary", in "cells" or "world", depending on if it's in an interior or an exterior nm, is that what you mean?
edit: a deleted navmesh will list there and have a "deleted" entry in it's details-section. if you delete the record in tes5edit, you'll restore the original navmesh, you'll have to re-open and re-save in ck before use though.
Thanks s7o I figured it out. I just pulled up the details utility and hit delete on the deleted mesh to ignore and fortunately is caused an error when I loaded it in the CK, so it told me the offending cell, and I was able to fix it that way. I'll tell you, me and the navmesh in this game have had an ongoing war forever now. I believe it just likes to taunt me like this. I still don't know how that navmesh showed up as deleted, as all I did was add a couple of triangles to an existing non-island mesh and it registered as deleted, lol. It also showed no warnings when I checked it and it finalized my teleport like it should as well.
Oh good, you found it. I was going to tell you about that after I'd fixed it on my end but then forgot.
