scout had Blade and Block in Oblivion

IMO, they always seem more like lightly armored warriors.

That's how Oblivion did it. They're not really assassins. They're more about speed than power. With archery they just become an archer. Going pure melee with light armour can actually work out quite well because of the quick charges.

Dunmer, Ebony Armor seems to be pointed toward the Dunmer as the main user, especially now that ESO's Dunmer racial heavy armor looks like Skyrim's Ebony armor.

Scout in Skyrim is Archery/sneak as primaries. Resto and Light armor as secondaries. Alt being the tertiary skill.

We are not talking about Skyrim's NPC classes, we are talking about converting Oblivion/Morrowind ones into Skyrim.
