The mod looks really good, but I was curious about it. Does it just add the armor with the surcoat and you can wear them, or does it actually add guards/knights that wear them in the cities as well?

I'd love to walk down the streets of Whiterun and look up to see a knight in this armor with the horse sigil flanked by two guards patrolling the streets.
