Why isn't things like just 1 unified project like the Unofficial Patches for Oblivion and Skyrim where it's just 1 person (or 1 team) in charge of keeping things synchronized?

3 years of fairly "hardcoe" mod making and playing, and I have no idea.

I think the problem is a result of the fact that patch and overhaul are both completely overused words. We need to restore balance to the modverse and create a Morrowind Patch Overhaul.
