Max effective armor value still limited?

Is the maximum effective armor value still limited (to something over 600 )?

also, is there a console command to get the baseid of an object (specifcally, an ingredient from a mod)?

help nameofobject will give a list of possible matches, along with the base IDs.

The cap is still 567, or 600 with the hidden bonuses. This is actually a softcap, but the diminishing returns is so large that you'd need millions of AR to become invincible.

I think 567 is a hard cap.
