Is it or would it be possible to add ridable Chariots to Skyrim? Chariots in the manner of what the Ancient Babylonians/persians, The Greeks, the egyptians rode?

I found a mod that allows you to drive around one of the carts [that normally you travel with]. [but chariots would be a bit different]
