Do you miss bound armor?

How amazing would it be to hold in one hand a "bound full set of daedric armor," and in the other your bound weapon?! Cast them at the same time and unleash hell!

I never used it in the previous games, So, I guess, no. I can't say that I miss it.

Skyrim is my first game from Bethesda, so no, don't miss it since I've never seen it. :P

Why not just wear Daedric armor? I think flesh spells are a lot more mage-y and magical than wear a set of armor temporarily. Besides how can I miss something that's available to me? All I have to do is pop in Oblivion.

This was fantastic in previous games.

I remember in Morrowind I just walked around in clothes, no weapon, no armour. Then, when I needed to, I would cast one custom spell and the bound armour and a bound weapon would appear.

So awesome.

Unfortunately mages in this game are not mages, and the magic itself is rather boring too.

I liked having bound armor and weapons, and that they were zero weight didn't hurt either! I like to use those stones (forget the name) that were scattered all over Cyrodiil .

I barely ever used traditional weapons in Morrowind, especially at early levels. Just summon a mace or sword and start swinging. I would rarely wear armor either, especially if the character had strong magic stats to back it up.

I liked the CONCEPT of bound armor, but I like the execution of the Flesh Spells. I shouldn't have to level a Combat skill to make the most of a Conjuration Spell. ( I feel this way about bound weapons too, even though I use them :/)

I loved it in Oblivion. The main reason was because it was weightless. This allowed you to reverse pickpocket the armor onto your followers. It was fun to enchant them with 100% Chameleon and let your invincible pack get busy.

Granted it looked exactly like the standard Daedric but it was still fun.

Now, as far as Skyrim is concerned? I feel they should have not only implemented Bound Armor, in the cool mystic ghostly texture but they should have created all of the weapons as well. It's little things like that, which don't make it into the game that really chaps my behind.

... spreadsheety my ass.

The entire magic system took a dump, as improvement translates to omission.
