Well, the old thread reached it's limit so here is another one.

I recently started a character named "Haydn Steele" (Haydn is a German name meaning fire or Heathen). He is a character focused around using fire to vanquish his foes. I gave him an Incinerator with 300 units of fuel to start him off (Roleplaying it was his weapon before the attack, and it wasn't worth stealing to his ambushers as they needed to move fast and it was heavy and bulky.)

After getting some survival tips he went out south of town and practiced his aim with his Incinerator (the shot to the head left him a little off) while also helping the locals with their Gecko problem. He left a swath of burning gecko corpses from Goodsprings to Novac. After that he went to investigate that giant cross he saw east of town. He came upon two Giant Radscorpions and took refuge on top of a makeshift house while he pelted them with fire. After that he was running a little low on fuel so he had to use his machete when he went to clean out a nearby man-eating coyote den. He had heard rumors that the town of Primm was in trouble and that their leader was a fan of fire weapons too. He went south and cleaned out the Bison Steve, and acquired more fuel and an extra incinerator he could part out for repairs. now he is heading south toward a couple of giant metal men.

Travelling around with Boone, trying to pry his backstory out of him. So far he doesn't want to discuss it.

Oh, and still slurping down Sierra Madre Martinis! :foodndrink:

Having gotten distracted from chasing the Man in the Bad Suit, Catalina has returned to Novac to stash a small truckload of materiel acquired from the Southern Nevada Wind Farm and the battlefield between Camp Forlorn Hope and Nelson. Actually, that is inaccurate - most of the salvaged weapons and armor were sold to the Arms Merchant at the 188 Trading Post, including the Alloy Steel Assault Rifle. It was a nice-looking gun and all, but not really Cat's style.

Tomorrow, she shall venture north from the 188, closer to the city of lights. Eventually, she will return to Boulder City to continue tracking the notorious fashion criminal and terrible shot.
