C++ Runtime Error R6025

Post » Fri Nov 08, 2013 6:47 am

I've played Skyrim Countless times, but I've come across this little Error message that pops up every 15-20 Minutes which freezes, locks and crashes my game. I've googled it and looked about and there aren't and suggestions on how to fix it, people just simply don't know.

I've read that people have uninstalled it and that hasn't worked, people have said something about Mods, i have none so its not that.
But someone said something about Dawnguard DLC, i was playing it last night just starting the DLC when i started to encounter these Error Messages. I have never seen this error message before up until i started the DLC. Im guessing (For now) that its something to do with the DLC messing with the game. Has anyone encounted/fixed this problem?

Cheers.

Ps. I have updated to the latest Java yesterday night (Before i played Skyrim) if that has caused anything to break.

Probably you haven't searched too much !!!!!! (they are many solution over the net.)

---------------------------------

Actually (that error means...)

The program is not communicating properly with the PC. This can be caused by a virus or might even be caused by a PC’s registry being corrupted with bad files.

---------------------------------

First of all scan your whole computer for viruses, with your antivirus program.

Secondly download Ccleaner: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner

and run Registry from the left panel. (Cleaner will identify those issues and fixes them.)

-----------------------------After the 2 above steps try first the first and then the second solution

How to Fix Runtime Error R6025 error

FIRST STEP

Novice Computer User Solution (completely automated):

1) Download (Runtime Error R6025) repair utility. (http://www.wiki-errors.com/download.php)

2) Install program and click Scan button.

3) Click the Fix Errors button when scan is completed.

4) Restart your computer.

--------------------------------------

SECOND STEP

Advanced Computer User Solution (manual fixing):

1) Start your computer and log on as an administrator.

2) Click the Start button then select All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then click System Restore.

3) In the new window, select "Restore my computer to an earlier time" option and then click Next.

4) Select the most recent system restore point from the "On this list, click a restore point" list, and then click Next.

5) Click Next on the confirmation window.

6) Restarts the computer when the restoration is finished.

--------------------

WISH YOU LUCK !!!!!! :D

The program you're linking to here is scamware - DO NOT INSTALL IT.

Aha, how should i know !!!!!

-------------------

I did my research right know...you have right. I should investigate a bit more, sorry for that, and sorry to the OP too.

I was sure about a virus maybe, or about the registry corruption, as a saw that error especially on steam related games....

The OP should try uninstall and reinstall "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64)"

http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=14632

AND SORRY AGAIN !!!!!
