My wife (Ria) was following me all over the place when we got married and now she won't follow me normaly and walks in one spot, or she walks backwords and when I tell her to follow me she will for two minutes and then stands there.

If yoou have had the same thing happend to you then fixed it can you PLEASE help me.

It's a bug with no fix. It's happened since Hearthfire came out and it effects quite a lot of spouses.

So my only option is to kill her?

resetai

tell her to follow and if she is still stuck just use Unrelenting force (if you have it) or do a shield/weapon bash to stagger her and move her.
Don't kill you her because you can't re-marry.

Save - Kill - Reload

The silliest things might just work. If that does not work:

Ask to follow - Fast travel to bandit camp - let her do the work - after she killed 'em all either run or fast travel.

If that does not work(she's a tough one!)

Go to a remote area - Ask her to go home - after following her for a few minutes, ask her to follow you.

If that does not work...I hope you got the Savage Strike/Devastating Blow perk(s)
