I got a strange situation recently when I first log into skyrim the game goes into third person automatically and in a few more seconds the entire game goes black like the screen flickers black and back into the game like a tremendous lighting issue and this is with no mods and vanilla game as I get into the game and my pc pops into third person and then the screen goes dark and lights up and it flickers like this and cant move around without out it getting worse and wonder if anyone else has this kind of issue as I checked my mouse and keyboard first and so this is not any issues with these and wonder if it has to do with the latest nvidia drivers 331.65 or anything and anyone else experience this!

If you just installed the drivers and that is the only thing you changed, then roll them back. You can do this in the properties of the video card or use System Restore

Have you tried other drivers (older ones - but not to old, anyway)

Install those with a clean installation procedure.

After that clean your registry with Ccleaner: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner

Install the directX drivers again: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=8109

Then delete your skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini located at:

1. %HOMEPATH%\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Skyrim.ini
2. %HOMEPATH%\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\SkyrimPrefs.ini

Then go yo your Nvidia control panel and at the "Manage 3D settings" on the right panel click "restore".

Change only Vsync=adaptive mode.

I assume you have a 50/60 Hz monitor.

Before you start the game log on steam, and then disable steam and play "offline mode"

If you have an antivirus installed disable it....
