I have been trying to build a strong (maxed out) but also fun character (I carry every type of weapon all the time, to have more varied kills).
Please tell my what do you think, what perks are wasted and what should I pick later.

level 2 Black Widow: for +10% DMG for males
level 3 Thief: there weren't any useful perks (least worst)
level 4 Educated: for skills
level 5 Comprehension: for skills
level 6 Bloody Mess: for +5% DMG
level 7 Toughness: for +10% DR
level 8 Commando: for +25% VATS
level 9 Strong Back: sounded a good idea back then (now I flow in caps)
level 10 Finesse: for +5% Crit chance
level 11 Demolition Expert: (least worst)
level 12 Pyromaniac: after fixing Nuka grenades (with dem. exp. also) it is surprisingly good.
level 13 Sniper: for +25% VATS for heads
level 14 Cyborg: for +10% DR
level 15 Silent Running: I like sneaking
level 16 Better Criticals: for +50% Crit DMG
level 17 Action Girl: for +25 AP
level 18 Life Giver: +30 HP (least worst)
level 19 ? Chemist ? Concentrated Fire ? Paralyzing Palm ?
level 20 Grim Reaper's Sprint: for AP
level 21
level 22 ? Quantum Chemist ?

level 30 Almost Perfect: obvious
As you can see I am at level 19, and I have a lot of empty slots, I am planning to add Nerves of Steel, but it's probably useless with Grim Reaper's Sprint. Probably maxing out Demolition Expert, because with missile launchers and fat man (mod) and Nuka grenades it packs som punch. I am not sure about Ninja, though if I pick Paralyzing Palm, I could have a jack of all trades, with some more fun potential.
