Glowing rock in Alftand : V

In all seriousness, I recall reading about the rock somewhere else. Except, it was a part of a glitched quest. He was supposed to kill something, but his quest marker lead him straight to a glowing blue rock with 3 dead bodies around it. The consensus was that no one knew what it was.

I've personally never seen it.
