So I recently went to play my Skyrim again on my PS3. I have all the DLC's and was on the latest Patch 1.9 and it had played no problem a month ago. Now all of a sudden after I select the disc under games it goes to a black screen and there isn't any HDD activity. PS button does nothing and the entire system is locked up. I can't get to the Logo Screen at all.

What I've done:

1. Deleted all saved game data and system data. Redownloaded everything, all DLC's and Patch 1.9: No Change

2. Deleted all Skyrim system data. DID NOT download DLC's. Downloaded latest Patch 1.9: No Change

3. Deleted all Skyrim system data. DID NOT download DLC's or Patches: No Change

4. Booted PS3 into Safe Mode and Restored File Structure: No Change

5. Booted PS3 into Safe Mode and Rebuilt Database: No Change

6. Factory Restored PS3 deleting all system and game data: No Change

7. Tested Skyrim game disc in another PS3: Works

8. Tested a SECOND game disc in MY PS3: No change

9. Tested other games; Dishonored, Fallout New Vegas, Fallout 3, Battlefield 3, etc: Works

I've done everything I can think of to resolve my issue. I'm at an impass, I really want to play my game but can't get anything to work for Skyrim at all. If anyone knows anything else I haven't tried please let me know aside from getting a new PS3 just to play this one game. There isn't an issue with my PS3 or game disc. All other games play fine and Skyrim did before. I've reconstructed the file system and wiped all data. If there is a sequence thing to follow to get all the pieces to fit then please tell me.

I've been searching forums for help but haven't been able to find anything to resolve this matter. Again it just randomly started about a month ago. No new updates or downloads at time when issue began. All updates were working and DLC's.
