Hey there all you Elder Scrolls fans!
I have a battlemage, with a heavy focus on heavy armour, one-handed sword, conjuration (necromancy and bound weapons) and restoration (healing and turn undead).
My character is busy in the smiting tree as well to be able to smith daedric armour and weapons, which will be his preferred armour to wear and sword to swing.
He is a Breton and is always busy with the inner struggle between light and darkness, good and evil. Therefore he generally takes every quest he can gets his hand on, whether they are good or evil acts. However he does generally tip to the evil side because it will get him more power most of the time, which is the basic thing he is searching for. Power is everything to him.
On to my questions then:
My breton roleplaying experience has been a lot of fun, but I have come to find myself in a struggle and need advice on how to role play two particular quests.
First of all, Azura's star, should I go for the Black star or Azura's star? I have always liked the daedric princes, including Azura. However the black star is inherently evil, it syngenesis with the necromantic abilities of my battlemage. I tip towards the Black star here because of the power hunger from my Breton.
The seconds struggle is the DLC, Dawnguard, should I side with the vampires and become (and stay) a vampire lord? Or should I side with the Dawnguard and learn damaging restoration spells against the undead? I have the game on pc so I could cheat my way towards getting spells I missed, so this is generally a story role-playing based question. I tip towards the Vampire Lord here, again because of the power hunger from my Breton.
Sadly, I cannot make up my mind.
Thank you for your understanding, advice and your help .
Sincerely,
DarkCameleon
