I've been trying to find some Muffle boots for a while, and so far I haven't had any luck. I know I can get some via the Atronach Forge, but the last time I did that it took me quite a while to get them. I was wondering if anybody with the PC version of Skyrim could look up for me the odds of getting a pair of Muffled Daedric Boots from the Forge? I'm guessing it's about 3% chance of finding them based on the number of enchantments for armor and about 9% chance of them being there if the conjured up item is boots.

Also, if anyone has a guaranteed location for disenchantable Muffled boots at level 17, please let me know.

I was able to find some Muffled Boots once at the Dawnstar Caravan Chest.

Then again, it's not a guaranteed location.

Well, I managed to get some Steel Boots of Muffling from Lod, so I guess all of this is moot now.

I've got my Resist Poison, my Muffle, my Waterbreathing, and my Carry Weight enchantments out of the way. Can't think of anything besides maybe Barter that I really need to keep an eye out for at early levels.
