With the Gun Runners DLC, you can modify the Hunting Shotgun. Does this make the Hunting Shotgun better than the Dinner Bell (unique Hunting Shotgun)?

I voted the Modded Hunting Shotgun because of Ammunition Capacity, Dinner Bell does more Damage and is Unique.
