I'm told to speak with Neminda in the redoran council but when I try to talk she keeps calling me a fraud and refues to talk.

The last time I did this one I just had to rescue a son then challenge the leader in the arena? Little help please, I think this is third and final hortator quest?

You shouldn't have to talk to Neminda or whatever her name is. You just gotta talk to the councillors, which are all under skar. Go talk to Athyn Sarethi (or whatever his name is), in sarethi manor. He should give you the dialogue you need to appeal to fairness or whatever he says that you can then use on the other councillors, all except Venim, which you will end up having to duel in the arena.

Of course, he asks you to do a small mission (get his son out of venim manor) first.

If you can get ahold of the Brown book ( I think that's it for redoran) or whatever and it tells all the locations of all the councillors, but the redoran ones are the easiest to find, as they are all under the giant mudcrab. (hardest one to find is the Morovayne chick whos in the back room of the redoran council chambers, in morovayn quarters I think it's called, or temporary housing or something of the like).

But yeah, that neminda chick isn't important at all (unless you actually join house redoran) to get the redoran hortator.

Maybe because Neminda is not a Redoran Councilar
