» Fri Nov 22, 2013 6:18 am I found this while looking through the list of statics in CS and got an error when placing it into a cell. Something about missing a texture droplet1.bmp and the texture on top is plain white.
After looking around I found that it is not used in Morrowind, but I have seen a few pictures of a static similar to it with reflective water where the plain white texture is.
Does any one know how to fix this or why it would be showing a plain white texture on top for me?
