For the past couple of days, I've been trying to combat a problem that keeps occurring with my day-night cycle lighting. According to the Creation Kit wiki page, the value known as 'Effect Lighting' under 'Weather' appears to be what controls a light's 'External Light'. The problem I'm having is that for the light to work at night, the Effect Lighting at night needs to be completely black. Unfortunately, every time I load up the Creation Kit, the black color reverts to white, making it impossible to get these lights working properly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
